All deposits are refundable with 30 days notice before date of reservation

Accounts must be settled on arrival in cash, e-transfer or certified cheque

We want all our guests to enjoy their vacation at Bigwater so we ask that you treat Bigwater as if it was your own house and leave it as you find it.

These are our house rules for the benefit of all our guests:

Smoking is only permitted outside or in the garage.
As much as we love pets, Bigwater is pet free.
No music outside after 9 pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
Maximum occupancy of 10 people.
If you are planning to have visitors we must be informed prior to their arrival.
